I’ll be really updating head canons and the like over the next few days- till then, if you’d like to RP let me know! <3
Emma looked at her very unconvinced “Uh huh…” She said taking another small sip of her coffee. The warmth of the coffee traveled down her body, and it felt great. Emma looked at Ariel “You’re not very tan from living on the coast.”
"Oh…Uh.." Ariel tipped her head the other direction. "I guess that’s true. Some people just don’t? I mean, it’s pretty cloudy here most of the time anyway…"s
The Little Mermaid. Seriously? It wasn’t surprising whatsoever. If there was a hook, then of course there would have to be a mermaid. Emma looked to Ariel “I’m Emma, the sheriff, it’s a pleasure to meet you.” She sid with a smile “Where did you come here from?”
"Oh- uh…" She made a funny face in answer to that question. "Huh. Well, I came from…the coast." She pointed in explanation, of the direction she’d come from. "Uh. I think that’s east.."
Emma looked up to the bouncy girl with a curious expression. How did this girl get into Storybrooke? Who was she? Being the sheriff, it was Emma’s job to know everyone. The redhead spoke, and Emma relaxed a bit “No, just relaxed.” she said in her casual voice “What’s your name?” She wasn’t the type to beat around the bush. She wanted answers, and she wanted them now.
Ariel continued to smile, as Granny brought her the key to her own room before she approached the table where Emma sat- ”Well~” She started, “I just arrived here, I’m Ariel. You?”
Emma sat at Granny’s and ate her pancakes, and drank her favorite cinnamon coffee. She enjoyed mornings like this, when there was no one around, and she could just reflect on days of past, and possible future. Henry was at school, and Regina was off doing who knows what, so everything was calm for the moment.
She watched the people doing there usual outside the window, and the slight breeze blow Red’s hair as she stood talking to someone. She looked back to her coffee, and sighed in the peace, until someone walked in.
A little disoriented, Ariel entered the inn, glancing around. There weren’t any familiar faces here either, for now…
"Pardon me!" She called as she approached the front desk, wearing a bright and happy smile. "I need a room…" The girl announced with the same warm manner, glancing around the room once more until her eyes fell on Emma.
The curtain of red hair shifted as Ariel tilted her head. ”Hey there.” She greeted, bouncing over with a curious glean to her eyes. ”You’re looking down.”
